ADVANCE PAYMENT & ORDER POLICY

1. Returned Orders & Future Purchases
If a customer’s previous order has been returned or refused, all future orders will require a 10% advance payment.
This policy is necessary because returned parcels result in shipping and handling losses that cannot be recovered.
Orders placed without the required advance may be automatically cancelled.
2. High-Value Orders (Above Rs. 5,000)
For orders exceeding Rs. 5,000, a minimum advance payment of Rs. 1,000 is required at the time of order placement.
This advance confirms your commitment and allows us to process your order securely and efficiently.
3. Non-Refundable Advance Payments
All advance payments are non-refundable if:

The parcel is refused upon delivery

The customer fails to receive the parcel
Once a parcel is returned, it cannot be re-dispatched, as shipping and handling costs have already been incurred.
